David Hunt

In July 2010, David moved with his family to Springville, Utah. He has a well-rounded understanding of helping sports injuries, back and neck pain, improving balance, surgical rehab, and helping young and old to move with less pain.

David grew up in Burbank, CA and has always loved the outdoors. He played sports his entire life and has a love for basketball, baseball, and football. He has four wonderful kids at home. David loves to road cycle, mountain bike and fishing.

Robert Snow

Robert grew up in Salt Lake. Recently, he has returned to Utah with his wife and kids. He specializes in orthopedics, cardiac rehabilitation, athletic injuries and prevention, balance and stability, knee & shoulder injuries, as well as strength and conditioning programs.

Robert is an avid road cyclist. His passion for the practice of physical therapy extends to pro-bono work for local little leagues, clubs, and high-school teams. He assists with pre-season conditioning, injury awareness, and corrective exercise to keep young athletes healthy.

Keegan Taylor

Keegan grew up in Riverside, CA but calls Utah home now because of his love for the mountains and outdoors. His interest in PT includes working with sports related injuries. Keegan has experience working with athletes from pediatrics all the way up to professional and Olympic athletes specifically through the AVP Beach Volleyball. He is treating in both the Mapleton and Athlete Development Center Synergy offices.

He is an avid snowboarder, enjoys wakeboarding and wake surfing, plays in local sand volleyball leagues, and recently has taken an interest in spartan races.

Madison Judy

Madison is a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant and a graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho. She has a background and love for sports. As a high school athlete, she won state titles in Basketball and Volleyball. Having suffered multiple injuries during her high school career, Madison brings a unique perspective and dedication to your sports-related healthcare needs.

Madison grew up in Idaho Falls, ID and is the oldest of 6 children. She loves to be active and to play sports. She loves to spend time with her husband and family. Madison loves to laugh and have a good time playing outdoors.

Lissa McVeigh

Lissa obtained experience as a Medical Assistant in Orthopedic Surgery in Arizona. She came to Utah and attended Provo College to begin a career in Physical Therapy where she could satisfy her passion for helping others.  Lissa has recently completed a runners assessment course to better serve her patients with running injuries.

Outside of the clinic Lissa maintains an active life. She loves to spend her time boating, snowboarding, attending rodeos, and working out.

Brittney Sayer

Brittney became licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2021 from Provo College. After working at various therapy settings, Brittney joined Synergy Physical Therapy in May 2022.

Brittney has competed in sports her entire life and developed a love for physical fitness at a young age. She loves the outdoors, wake surfing, and quality time with friends and family. Brittney and her husband both enjoy competing in various athletic competitions throughout the year.

Madi Strong

After moving to Utah in 2016, Madi gained experience as a Physical Therapist Technician with Synergy Physical Therapy. She then attended Provo College, graduated as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, rejoining our team in January. She has experience in various physical therapy settings and loves working with people of all ages and backgrounds. Madi is passionate about sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Madi has been active and involved in sports throughout her life and coaches girls volleyball when she is not working in the clinic. She enjoys competing in sports with her husband and spending time outdoors with her dog.

Amy Arnett

Amy is a Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated as valedictorian from Pima Medical Institute in Mesa, AZ. She is passionate about women’s pelvic floor health and hopes to raise awareness. Amy moved to Provo and joined Synergy Physical Therapy in January 2024.

She has played volleyball her whole life and loves being active in sports, especially pickleball. She loves the outdoors, the beach, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Lexie Wright

Lexie is an enthusiastic PTA who graduated from Provo College. Having grown up in athletics by running track and focusing on soccer, she has experience with injuries of her own and the benefits of physical therapy. Lexie has varying experience including geriatrics, balance and gait interventions, and working with orthopedic injuries.

Lexie moved around growing up but claims Kentucky as home. She’s a food lover with a soft spot for street tacos or a good burger, but also loves being active and continuing to challenge herself in sports and learning new skills.
